I’m Chris, a property professional specialising in New Homes and residential sales across Kent and London. My background includes working with Berkeley Group, where I gained first-hand experience selling high-quality New Homes and supporting buyers through the full journey from launch to completion.
Today, I work in a more personal way, combining that New Homes experience with local knowledge across the Stour Valley, East Kent and the surrounding towns and villages. Whether you are buying, selling or planning your next move, my aim is to give clear advice, stay easy to reach and make the process feel more straightforward.
I am also Level 3 qualified through ABBE, the Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents.
