1. The Referral Reward

A £250 referral reward will be paid when you introduce a homeowner to Chris White | eXp and that homeowner goes on to instruct Chris White | eXp to sell their property and the sale successfully completes.

2. Who Can Make a Referral?

The referral programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over. You do not need to be an existing client of Chris White | eXp to make a referral. You must have the referred person's permission to share their details with us.

3. What Counts as a Valid Referral?

To qualify:

• The referral must be made before the homeowner first instructs or formally engages Chris White | eXp in relation to the sale of that property.
• The referred homeowner must not already be an active client or have already instructed Chris White | eXp regarding the same property.
• The homeowner must subsequently instruct Chris White | eXp to market and sell the property.
• The property must proceed to a successful legal completion through Chris White | eXp.

A valuation or initial conversation alone does not qualify for payment.

4. £250 Reward

The reward is £250 per successfully completed property sale, regardless of the eventual sale price or estate agency fee charged.

The reward becomes payable only once the referred property's sale has legally completed and Chris White | eXp has received the estate agency fee relating to that transaction. Payment will normally be arranged within 14 days of this point.

5. Multiple Referrals

If the same person or property is referred by more than one individual, the reward will normally be payable to the person whose valid referral was received first. Our records will be used to determine the date and time a referral was received. Only one £250 referral reward is payable in relation to each completed property instruction.

6. Exclusions

No referral reward will be payable where:

• the property does not proceed to legal completion;
• the seller withdraws, terminates the instruction or the transaction falls through;
• the referred homeowner was already an active client or had already instructed Chris White | eXp regarding the property before the referral was received;
• the referral is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise made in bad faith; or
• the referral does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The programme is intended for genuine personal introductions and not for unsolicited marketing or the sharing of someone's personal information without their permission.

7. Payment

The person making the qualifying referral will be contacted following completion to arrange payment. The referrer is responsible for any personal tax liability that may arise from receiving the reward.

8. Changes to the Programme

Chris White | eXp reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Any qualifying referral already accepted before the programme is changed or withdrawn will continue to be honoured under the Terms & Conditions that applied when the referral was received.

9. Data Protection

Personal information provided through the referral programme will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Chris White | eXp Privacy Policy. Please only provide another person's contact details where you have their permission to do so.

10. General

Participation in the referral programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Where there is a genuine dispute regarding eligibility for a referral reward, Chris White | eXp will review the circumstances and supporting records before determining whether the referral meets these Terms & Conditions.
