I’m Chris White, an independent estate agent powered by eXp, specialising in New Homes across Kent and London, alongside residential sales across the Stour Valley and surrounding areas.
My background is rooted in New Homes. I have spent over eight years helping buyers, movers and investors navigate property decisions, including working with Berkeley Group on major London developments. That experience gave me a detailed understanding of development launches, buyer expectations, pricing, specification, incentives and the journey from reservation through to completion.
Today, I use that experience in a more personal and flexible way. Whether someone is searching for a new-build apartment in London, a development opportunity in Kent, or selling a home locally, my role is to provide clear advice, practical guidance and straightforward communication throughout.
Away from the desk
A local life, built around people
My working life has always been centred around people. Before estate agency, I worked in hospitality both on land and at sea, travelling the world on cruise ships and learning how much good service depends on listening properly, staying calm and doing what you say you will do.
Outside property, life is rooted in East Kent. I was born in Canterbury, own a home in Folkestone, and live with my partner Joe in Old Wives Lees. Most mornings start at the yard, helping with the horses and clients connected to Joe’s equestrian business before the estate agency day begins.
I enjoy the gym at Bannatyne’s Ashford, time by the beach, walking the dogs, self-development, family time and getting outdoors whenever the diary allows. It all feeds into how I work: grounded, practical, people-focused and used to earning trust over time.

Having worked directly with developers, I understand that buying a New Home is not just about choosing a plot. Buyers need to understand the development, the location, the specification, the timeline, service charges, incentives, reservation process and long-term suitability.
