Viewings
There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing.
Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don’t ever want to have more than 5 properties on the market at any time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.
It is worth noting that a successful open house means you only have to get the house ready once!
All residential viewings and Open houses are conducted by myself.

I work with professional photographers and offer enhanced marketing options such as immersive virtual tours and targeted digital promotion. Alongside this, your property is shared across major portals, social media, and my wider network — including collaboration with other local agents and platforms such as ADVSR.
The goal is simple: generate strong interest, create competition where possible, and achieve the best outcome.
Marketing packages are tailored to each property and are charged upfront, depending on the level of presentation and exposure required. I’ll guide you on the most effective approach from the outset.
Fees & What’s Included
My fee is 1.5% + VAT, payable on completion.
This covers a fully managed service from valuation through to completion — including pricing strategy, buyer qualification, negotiation, and ongoing support throughout the transaction.
Marketing is handled separately, with tailored packages available depending on the level of presentation and exposure required. I’ll guide you on the most effective approach and manage the process throughout.
You deal directly with me at every stage, ensuring a consistent, hands-on service focused on achieving the right result.
